Implementation Roadmap

The Implementation Roadmap is a stage-based approach to help your school and district create a host environment that supports effective mental health prevention and intervention practices. The Roadmap includes professional development, problem solving protocols, planning forms, and user guides for EIS tools. It also includes a data suite with progress monitoring and pre-post assessment measures.

School teams use the Roadmap resources to build staff and community consensus for implementing the EIS, develop and sustain systems that support implementation, and use data to identify student needs to develop and monitor intervention plans.
